Key Label Definition
DND / Clr Dnd Sets Do Not Disturb to prevent calls
from ringing the phone.
Emergency Enter emergency number
Sign in Logs user in to Extension Mobility.
Sign out Logs user out of Extension Mobility.
End call Ends a call.
Favorites Provides access to "Speed Dials".
GrPickup Allows user to answer a call ringing on
an extension by discovering the number
of the ringing extension.
Hold Put a call on Hold.
Decline Ignores an incoming call.
Ignore Silences an incoming call
Join Connects a conference call. If the
conference host is user A and users B &
C are participants, when A presses
"Join", A will drop off and users B & C
will be connected.
Call Rtn/lcr Returns the last missed call.
Left arrow icon Moves the cursor to the left.
Messages Provides access to voicemail.
Miss Displays the list of missed calls.
