Damage due to use of the wrong type of cleaning agent
Use of aggressive cleaning agents can damage the paint pressure tank.
→ Do not use aggressive cleaning agents.
→ Use a neutral cleaning agent with a pH value of 6 – 8.
→ Do not use acids, alkalis, bases, paint stripper, unsuitable regener-
ates or other aggressive cleaning agents.
Notice!
Risk of damage from hardened paint material
Hardened paint material in the paint pressure tank can damage the tank.
→ Remove the material from the paint pressure tank near the end of the
working time and clean the tank.
■ Clean the paint pressure tank after each use and before every paint
change.

13. Troubleshooting

If it is not possible to rectify a malfunction using the remedies described
below, send the paint pressure tank in to the SATA Service Department
(see Chap. 14 for address).
