Explosionsgefahr! • Unter Druck stehende Schläuche können beim Lösen durch peit- schenartige Bewegungen und Ausspritzen des Spritzmediums zu Unfällen führen! Vor dem Lösen Schläuche immer drucklos machen! • Das Öffnen und Schließen der Klemmbügel sowie das Anziehen der Knebelschrauben ist per Hand durchzuführen.

Explosionsgefahr! • Folgende Verwendungen und Handlungen führen zum Ver- lust des Explosionsschutzes und sind daher verboten: • Materialdruckbehälter in explosionsgefährdete Bereiche der Ex-Zone 0 bringen! • Verwendung von Löse- und Reinigungsmitteln, die auf halogenisierten Kohlenwasserstoffen basieren! Die dabei auftretenden chemischen Reaktionen können explosionsartig erfolgen!

Vorsicht! • Bei Aufstellung in explosionsgefährdeten Bereichen muss der Ma- terialdruckbehälter entsprechend Betriebssicherheitsverordnung vor Inbetriebnahme durch eine „befähigte Person“, die über ausreichende Kenntnisse im Bereich der Sicherheit, u. a. ATEX verfügt, geprüft werden.

Klemmbügel über Knebelschraube [1-14] lösen und abklappen 3. Deckel [1-16] abnehmen. 4. Materialdruckbehälter [1-1] ggf. reinigen, Spritzmedium sachgerecht entsorgen, anschließend befüllen.

Explosionsgefahr! • Der maximale Lufteingangsdruck zum Luftmotor darf 7 bar nicht überschreiten! • Luftmotor nie ohne Belastung (Rührflügel nicht im Rührgut) laufen lassen! • Für den Betrieb des Druckluftmotors ist technisch saubere und geölte Druckluft erforderlich!
