9.1. Paint pressure tank
Danger!
Risk of injury due to bursting pipes and hoses
If unsuitable pipes or hoses are used, solvents or excessive pressure
can damage them and cause them to burst.
→ Use only solvent-resistant, anti-static and technically flawless pipes
and hoses for compressed air and paint media with a pressure fatigue
resistance of at least 40 bar.
Information!
Connect the second spray gun paint supply and atomizing air pressure
connection the same way as for the first spray gun connection.
■ Close ventilation valve [3-4] / [4-4] / [5-6] / [6-5].
Single pressure reducer version
■ Close ball valve for atomizing air [3-6] / [5-4].
Version with a second spray gun connection
■ Close ball valve for atomizing air [7-4] / [8-1].
■ Close ball valve for paint supply [2-7] / [3-1] / [4-1] / [5-8] / [6-7] .
■ Connect material hose to material connection
[3-2] / [4-2] / [5-7] / [6-6] / [7-1] / [8-4].
Version with material outlet at bottom
■ Connect material hose to bottom material outlet [2-7].
■ Connect atomizing air to air connection [3-6] / [4-8] / [5-5] / [6-4].
■ Connect compressed air supply to air connection
[3-10] / [4-10] / [5-3] / [6-2].
■ Make sure all connections are securely attached and are leak-proof.
9.2. Pneumatic agitator
Notice!
Risk of damage due to excessive air inlet pressure
Excessive air inlet pressure at the pneumatic motor can damage the
motor.
→ Do not exceed the maximum air inlet pressure of 7 bar.
■ Connect compressed air supply to pneumatic motor
[11-3] / [12-3] / [15-4] / [16-4] .
