After unpacking, check:
■ Material pressure tank damaged.
■ Scope of supply complete (see chapter 6)
9.1. Paint pressure tank
Warning!
Risk of injuries from bursting pipes and hoses
If unsuitable pipes and hoses are used, these can be damaged by sol-
vent or too much pressure and explode.
→ Only use solvent-resistant, conductive and technically flawless pipes
and hoses for compressed air and material with permanent pressure
resistance of minimum 40 bar.
Notice!
In units with a second gun connection for material and spraying pres-
sure, the material supply and spraying air is connected in the same way
as for the first gun connection.
■ Close bleeder valve [3-4] / [4-4] / [5-6] / [6-5].
Variant with single pressure reducer
■ Close spraying air ball valve [3-6] / [5-4].
Variant with second gun connection
■ Close spraying air ball valve [7-4] / [8-1].
■ Close material supply ball valve [2-7] / [3-1] / [4-1] / [5-8] / [6-7].
■ Connect material hose to material supply
[3-2] / [4-2] / [5-7] / [6-6] / [7-1] / [8-4].
Variant with bottom material outlet
■ Connect material hose to bottom material outlet [2-7].
■ Connect spraying air to air connection [3-6] / [4-8] / [5-5] / [6-4].
■ Connect compressed air supply to air connection
[3-10] / [4-10] / [5-3] / [6-2].
■ Check that all connections are screwed tight and do not leak.
