Pass-thru (End Device to End Device) mode

VPN OpenVPN in End Device to End Device mode

This chapter does not go into End Device configuration procedures since it is
assumed the user knows how to configure End Devices. However, examples are
provided to show how the End Device is configured along with the ICX35-HWC.
