Nortel qualified the XFP transceivers listed in the following table for use in
Ethernet Routing Switch 8600 interface modules. Only XFP transceivers
qualified by Nortel are supported for use in Ethernet Routing Switch 8600
modules. XFP transceivers not qualified by Nortel can operate within the
module, but are not tested for power draw, electromagnetic interference, or
interoperability.
Nortel has qualified the XFPs listed in the following table.
