Inspecting Fuel Lines and
Connections
Service Interval: Every 400 hours/Yearly (whichever
comes first)
Inspect the fuel lines, fittings, and clamps for signs of
leaking, deterioration, damage, or loose connections.
Note:
Repair any damaged or leaking fuel system
component before using the machine.
Replacing the Fuel Filter
Service Interval: Every 800 hours/Yearly (whichever
comes first)
1.
Raise the box and support it with the prop rod.
2.
Place a clean container under the fuel filter.
3.
Unscrew the fuel filter from the bracket

Install the replacement filter by turning it until the
filter contacts the top of the bracket, then tighten
it an additional 3/4 of a turn.

Servicing the Battery
Battery voltage: 12 V with 300 A (cold cranking) at
-18°C (0°F).

• Fill the battery where clean water is always
available for flushing the skin.

If the battery terminals are corroded, clean them
