Verifying IPSI connectivity

To verify IPSI connectivity:
1. Under Diagnostics, click Ping.
2. Select IPSIs with cab number (1–99) ___ carrier number ___. Fill in the blanks with the
correct cabinet and carrier numbers.
3. Click Execute Ping.
4. Verify that the endpoints respond correctly.

Enabling control of IPSI(s)

To enable control of the IPSI(s):

Make sure the IPSI(s) have the same, current firmware.

This is the step that allows the media server to take control of the IPSI-controlled
