Outline of brightfield/darkfield observation methods

Set the main switch to (ON) and adjust the brightness.
Select the light path. (Trinocular tube)
Place the specimen on the stage.
Engage the 10X objective in the light path.
Bring the specimen into focus and adjust the brightness.
For brightfield observation, adjust the aperture diaphragm.
Engage the objective you use in the light path and bring
the specimen into focus.
Observation
Adjust the interpupillary
distance.
Adjust the diopter.
Only for darkfield observation
Place the darkfield
ring slit.
Place the necessary filter.
Adjust the brightness.
