Or the focus is lost due to
slippage of the coarse focusing
knob.
10. The field of view is not matched
between two eyes.
11. When changing the objective
from lower magnification to
higher magnification, the
objective collides with the
specimen.
12. The LED illumination does not
light.

magnification, the specimen is
defocused significantly.

for assistance. Please provide us the following information at that time.

The tension adjustment ring is
loosened too much.
The interpupillary distance is not
adjusted correctly.
The difference in diopter of two eyes
is not corrected properly.
Different eyepieces are used for right
side and left side.
The specimen is placed upside
down.
The cover glass is too thick.
The AC adapter or power cord is
disconnected.
The diopter is incorrect.
