Node Installed on Steel Plate

Place 3/8" flat washers (P/N 313-2300-043) over the three 3/8" UNC x 2" hex bolts (P/N 311-0054-202) and

insert the bolts through the bottom of the steel plate.
Install the three 0.406" ID x 0.375" OD, x 0.375" long spacers (P/N 107-0172-103) on the bolts.

Install 3/8"-16 zinc hex nuts (P/N 311-0054-202) on top of the spacers.

Place the node on the installed bolts and tighten the nuts to ensure the bolts are properly aligned with the

holes in the node.
Note:
Once the bolts are properly aligned, remove the node.
Enlarge the holes previously drilled in the floor mat using at least a 3/4"-sized drill bit.

Reinstall the plate in the floor of the cab.

Replace the floor mat by aligning it with bolts installed in the mounting plate assembly.
12.
Install the two large, rectangular connectors of the node harness (P/N 115-4001-109) into the correct ports

of the node.
Tighten the bolts on the harness connectors to secure the connections.
14.
Install the node on the bolts protruding through the floor mat and secure it with three 3/8"-16 nylon insert
15.
lock nuts (P/N 312-4001-109).
