Manual # 016-0190-026 H A P T E R OUNTING THE NIVERSAL RACKET AND ALVE Mount the universal bracket to the machine as shown, directly beneath the cab. Mount t-shaped part of the universal bracket by drilling two holes and bolting the bracket.

90° fitting. An additional 45° or 90° elbow may be installed on the Raven valve to help hose routing. These elbows will be found in the hydraulic fitting kit.
Once the port has been identified, remove the hose from the steering orbital and install on the appropriate tee fitting, found in the Raven adapter kit, to the steering orbital. Once the tee fitting is installed, reattach the original hose.

Manual # 016-0190-026 H A P T E R TEERING OSITION ENSOR Installing the Steering Position Sensor (SPS) The SPS attaches to the top of the left steering arm. With wheels pointing straight ahead, remove bolt from center of steering arm and loosely attach the mounting bracket as shown.

Nitro 2200 SmarTrax Installation Manual With wheels point straight forward, place rotary sensor on bracket with shaft pointing down. Align shaft flatside so it is perpendicular to the notch in the sensor. With wheels straight, sensor shaft should be in this position.
Manual # 016-0190-026 H A P T E R TART- ROCEDURES After installing the SmarTrax on your machine, always follow these start-up pro- cedures. Make sure the Steering Position Sensor does not over-extend or over- compress when turning the wheels.
