14. HANDLEBAR/FRONT WHEEL/FRONT BRAKE/
FRONT SHOCK ABSORBER/STEERING STEM
Inspect the ball races, cone races and steel
balls for wear or damage. Replace if
necessary.
Remove the top balls.
Remove the upper ball race by using a chisel
if necessary.
Remove the bottom balls.
Remove the bottom ball race.
Remove the bottom cone race by using a
chisel if necessary.

Be careful not to damage the steering
stem.
Install with reverse operation.
