Figure 5-1 identifies the solenoid and flow control valve functions and the
corresponding ports on the pump and manifold.

SYSTEM PRESSURE ALARM: If this message appears on the screens,
the system pressure has fallen below 70 psi and color changes cannot be
started. Check the system compressed air supply.
For other color change system troubleshooting, use the Output and Input
screens along with the color control panel labels. The PLC LEDs, solenoid
valves, and air tubing are all coded on the labels so that you can track down
any problems. For example, when color 1 is selected for gun1, the LEDs for
C1AE on both the PLC and solenoid should light.
