Installation manual
The following will have been needed:
3Ingecon
Sun 100 TL inverters
®
1 Ingecon
Sun 100 TL inverter with an AAS0133 kit
®
Given that kit AAS0133 consists of an AAV0009 synchronization board and 6 AAV0017 fiber optic cables, factory
fitted into the unit, the following will be needed when the synchronization is carried out:
1 Ingecon
Sun 100 TL inverter with synchronization board AAV0009 fitted, connected via 1 AAV0017
®
cable to its electronics block.
3 AAV0017 cables to connect the installed AAV0009 to the electronics blocks of the other three units. The
connection of these 3 cables must be carried out by the installer.
2 AAV0017 cables, included in the kit but not needed in this case.
The synchronization or synchronization repetition kits are to be found in the lower right-hand part of the pre-installed
unit. Cables must lead from here to each of the electronics blocks which are to be synchronized.
The AAV0009 fibre optic cable is connected to the intake board of each of the electronics blocks as shown in the
figure:
In this type of configuration the PV array may be grounded.
In this example the synchronization signal in generated in the AAS0133 kit, located in the lower right-hand corner
of the intake board, and which distributes the signal to 4 units (maximum 6). The inverters are connected via the
AAV0017 kit.
If any of the units loses synchronization it will shut down, giving a 0X0040 HW DESC alarm.
