RESET COUNTERS

Set Clock—The SET CLOCK screen allows the
manager to adjust clock date and time. Date and time
may only be changed after the freezer has been
manually cleaned but before it has been placed in the
Auto or Standby mode. The following message will
be displayed if the SET CLOCK option is selected
when the machine is not in a brush-clean state:

Press Any Key
To change the date or time, select the SET CLOCK
option in the menu. Press the Up Arrow key to
advance the arrow from Exit to Change, then press
the SEL key to select the Change option.

Change the time by pressing the Up Arrow with the
cursor under the hour position. Move the cursor to
the minutes position by pressing the SEL key. Once
the correct minutes are entered, press the SEL key to
advance the cursor to the month.

Enter the correct month, day, and year. Then press
the SEL key to advance to the DAYLIGHT SAVING
TIME (DST) screen.

Disable
User Interface
Pressing the Up or Down Arrow keys will move the
arrow to Enable or Disable. Pressing the SEL key
next to Disable selects that option and returns to the
Manager's Menu. Pressing the SEL key next to
Enable selects that option and displays the second
screen.

If the correct Sunday for the time change is not
displayed, then Change should be selected. Pressing
the SEL key with the arrow next to Change displays
the third screen. Press the Up or Down Arrow key to
move the arrow to the appropriate month for the start
of DST.
DST START MONTH

APR
MAY
Pressing the SEL key with the arrow next to the
appropriate month will display the following screen:
DST START WEEK
> Second Sunday
Third Sunday
Fourth Sunday
Pressing the Up or Down Arrow key will move the
arrow to the appropriate week for the start of DST.
Pressing the SEL key next to the appropriate week
will display the following screen. Press the Up or
Down Arrow key to move the arrow to the appropriate
month for the end of DST.

DEC
Pressing the SEL key next to the appropriate month
will display the following screen. Press the Up or
Down Arrow key to move the arrow to the appropriate
week for the end of DST.
