6.6 Insulation Resistance / Withstand Voltage Test

Noise reduction parts are equipped between the power supply line and the grounding and between the
output terminal and the grounding. When conducting insulation resistance test / withstand voltage test on
these lines, please follow the conditions as described below.
Also, insulation resistance test / withstand voltage test cannot be conducted on sensor connection
terminals.
Insulation resistance test
●
・Between the power supply line and the grounding: 00MΩ/00VDC
・Between the power supply line and the input / output terminal: 0MΩ/00VDC
・Between the input / output terminal and the grounding: 0MΩ/00VDC
Withstand voltage test
●
・AC power specification: between the power and the grounding: AC 00V (for  minute),
leak current: mA or less
・DC power specification: between the power and the grounding: AC 000V (for  minute),
leak current: mA or less
