● When Bi Direction is selected:

● When H/L Alarm is selected:
Higher / Lower limit alarm of flowrate, temperature, density or pulse counter is output. Refer to ".

● When Drive Out Alarm is selected:
In case the drive output reaches the threshold value set by the Drive out point or above, alarm will be
output (for maintenance purpose).
8.9 Higher / Lower Limit Alarm Function
This equipment can set the higher / lower limit alarm to monitor flowrate, temperature, density and
counter. In case alarm is switched ON according to the setting, output will be as status output signal.
