Notice: Depending on how far the test probe adjustment moved during the timing screw adjustment the Container
At Test photo eye will need to be moved in perspective to the encoder window of 1500 to 2000.

8. Adjust timing screw using a 4 mm Allen wrench
a. Loosen both set screws.
b. Using one hand hold on to the shaft (S)
c. With the other hand rotate the timing screw (T)
i. For situation (A) rotate backwards opposite
the flow direction.*
ii. For situation (B) rotate forward with flow
direction.*
d. Tighten set screws.
9. Run containers through the timing screw again and check for
proper alignment (C). If the timing screw and test probe are
not aligned redo step 5.
* Rotation adjustment of timing screw is proportional to how far
the container test probes are off.
13. Place a container in the timing screw pocket near the
Container At Test photo eye
10. By hand advance the timing screw to 1500 the Window
should come ON GREEN.
11. Advance timing screw to 1600. The Container At Test
indication should start to come ON GREEN as you advance
the timing screw.
12. If the Container at Test does not turn ON GREEN adjust the
photo eye towards the leading edge of the container until the
indicator comes
13. Tighten the photo eye into place.
14. Continue to rotate the timing screw forward by hand.
Notice at some point near or before 2000 the
Container At Test indicator turns OFF.
15. This procedure is complete
