1. Stabilization Failed:

Ensure there is no testing capillary in the measurement compartment.

Remove the SQA-V from sources of electronic noise (centrifuge, stirrer and other
rotating devices).

Clean measurement compartment (refer to Appendix).

Reboot the SQA-V without a testing capillary in the chamber:



Call technical support if failure recurs.

2. Self-test Failed:


Ensure there is no testing capillary in the measurement compartment.

Remove the SQA-V from sources of electronic noise (cell phones, etc.).

Clean measurement compartment (refer to Appendix).

Reboot the SQA-V without a testing capillary in the chamber:



3. Electronic Noise:

Ensure there is no testing capillary in the measurement compartment.

TURN OFF MAIN SWITCH ON REAR PANEL
CALL FOR TECHNICAL SUPPORT
Turn system OFF then back ON at the main switch on the rear panel.
Press the front panel ON/OFF key to begin Auto-Calibration/Stabilization.
TURN OFF MAIN SWITCH ON REAR PANEL
CALL FOR TECHNICAL SUPPORT
Turn the system OFF then back ON at the main switch on the rear panel.
Press the front panel ON/OFF key to begin Auto-Calibration and Stabilization.
Call technical support if this message is displayed again. Prepare for technical
support by printing a copy of the SQA-V internal parameters
