ISSUE: The CCD needs cleaning (spots on the video screen)
Replacement
Instructions 1. Open the SQA-V
for SQA-Vs
2. Remove the four screws connecting the optical assembly to
with SN# 770

3. Pull the optical assembly to remove it from the front panel
4. Disassemble the optical assembly, remove a total of seven
5. Turn the optical assembly upside down to lift the lid that is
6. Disconnect the external video cable from the internal video
7. The internal video cable is held in place by two plastic
8. Gently lay the optical assembly on its rear section.
9. Move the internal video cable aside and make sure nothing
10. Turn on the SQA-V at the main switch on the rear panel.
11. Press the ZOOM-IN key on the SQA-V keypad.
12. Pull out the CCD assembly.
13. Turn off the SQA-V main switch.
14. Use a Phillips screwdriver to remove the two screws that
