SECTION 2: 1. Open the SQA-V
SN# 1330
2. Open protective black cover of faulty PSU
and above,
PSU part #:
3. Disconnect the two cables of the PSU:
FPE-E-

00146-00

4. Using a #1.5 Philips screwdriver open four
screws holding the faulty PSU
5. Replace the faulty PSU
6. Secure the new PSU to the rear panel using the
same three screws
7. Re-connect the input and output cable
connectors to the new PSU
8. Close the SQA-V
9. If the problem persists - Contact Customer
