Monitor
ISSUE #2- Blank Screen: There is no data displayed on the screen although the SQA-V
is ON, power indication LED is lit and the fan is working.
PLEASE NOTE: The instructions depend on the SERIAL NUMBER (SN#) of the SQA-V.


SECTION 1: 1. Re-install SQA-V software.
SN #2228 and
2. If the software installation failed - please refer to

3. If the software was installed successfully and the

problem persists - check the data flat cable:
Open the SQA-V and verify that the LCD flat

cable, is connected so that the red line
facing the location indicated with a "1 2" on
the LCD board
Also verify that the other end of LCD flat

cable is correctly connected to main board.
The connection should be so that the red
line of the flat data cable facing connector
J1 on main board
If data flat cable is not correctly connected –

reconnect it in correct orientation
If data flat cable appears damaged in any

way – it should be replaced (Item P/N:
KHD-908-000858)
replace the processor on the main board (see
Appendix section for instructions).

orientation of flat data cable connecting
Backlight PCB to Main board at Main
board side
b. The connection should be so that the red
line of the flat data cable facing
connector J1 on Main board
