At the time of application
starting, reading the setting
items in a configuration file
was failed.

The input value of the
administrator password is
wrong.

The new password is over 20
characters at the time of
administrator password setting
out.
By administrator setting,
starting (driver setting out,

Acquire a log and setup
information (package
collection of a log and the
setup information can be
carried out from the
"Beginning of system log"
button of the administrator set
menu).
Attach the acquired log file,
and request for an analysis to
the technical support line.
Solution
Enter the correct administrator
password.
Enter an identical password to
the input column and the
reinput column of new
password.
Make the length of a new
password into four or more
characters.
Make the length of a new
password within 20
characters.
In the case of touch-panel
setting: Check whether touch-
panel adjustment application
is installed.
