Cause
There is no write-in authority to
a USB memory.
The file cannot be written in
the USB memory.
Since there is a file with the
same name, a file cannot be
written in the USB memory.
Collection of all the logs was
failed.
Error messages
Solution
The writing access from the
control panel of a personal
computer to a removable disk
is permitted.
After checking the connection,
availability, the existence of
write-protection, etc. of USB
memory, perform again.
After deleting the existing file,
perform it again.
Acquire a log and setup
information (package
collection of a log and the
setup information can be
carried out from the
"Beginning of system log"
button of the administrator set
menu).
Attach the acquired log file,
and request for an analysis to
the technical support line.
