Cause
The required file does not exist
in the route folder of the USB
memory.
The import is failed for the
unknown reason.
The format of import file is
inaccurate.
101 or more mail addresses
are set to the import file.
Error messages
Solution
The required file is copied to
the route folder of the USB
memory.
Acquire a log and setup
information (package
collection of a log and the
setup information can be
carried out from the
"Beginning of system log"
button of the administrator set
menu).
Attach the acquired log file,
and request for an analysis to
the technical support line.
Check whether there is any
applicable item in the
following conditions for an
import file.
• Mail address is blank.
• The local part of the mail
address is over 64
characters.
• The domain of e-mail
address is over 255
characters.
• The e-mail address is
over 256 characters.
Make the e-mail address set to
the import file into less than
100.
