"Cannot adjust the touch sensor."
"Try again after checking the touch
panel driver settings."
"The license code is incorrect."
"Check the license code and
reenter."
"The port number entered is
incorrect."
"The address entered is incorrect."
"The account entered is incorrect."
"The password entered is
incorrect."
"Cannot find the USB memory."
"Try again after connecting the
USB memory."
"Cannot perform installation
because the system version is either
the same as the current version or
is an earlier one."

Cause
The touch-panel adjustment
application is not installed.
The input value of the license
code is wrong.
The port number is not input
correctly.
The mail server is not input
correctly.
Account is not input correctly.
(When "Attestation is required"
is confirmed)
The password is not entered
correctly.(Only when
"Attestation is required" is
confirmed)
The USB memory is not
connected or not recognized
properly.
The same version as the
current one or the older system
file is chosen.
Solution
Check that the touch-panel
adjustment application is
installed.
Check the license code, and
input again.
Input the port number
(1-65535).
Input the IP address or host
name of the mail server
correctly. (It causes an error
when including characters
other than alphanumeric
character, Period (.), hyphen
(-), underscore (_).)
Fill the account within 255
characters.
Enter a password within 255
characters.
• Connect a USB memory.
• Install the device driver of
USB memory (Remote
Viewer only).
Choose the system file with a
later version than the current
one.
