Connecting an access control system in place of a key switch

Two independent inputs are available for connecting an access control system,
enabling one compact device to be connected for indoors and one for outdoors,
for example.
The connection takes place via the SYSCON 5 connection cable for the key switch
connection. The connections can be configured via the ePED
(instructions D01104xx ePED
The inputs switch the operating status via impulses. Resetting after alarms and
re-locking are both possible.
An optional permanent release is also available. For this, another impulse must be
initiated during a temporary release.
For correct function, the actuation time of the access control must be set to
around one second.
