1. Use the wrench to loosen the nut (1) and remove.
2. Adjust to the desired depth. Observe that the round
holes are intended for the calf pad retaining screw and
the oblong holes for the aglet without thread.
3. Screw the nut back on and tighten.

2. Adjust to the desired position.
3. Re-tighten the screws.
