GO–AROUND MODE (GA), WINGS LEVEL
The go–around mode is normally used to transition from an approach
to a climb–out condition in the event of a missed approach. The pilot
selects the go–around mode by pushing the GA button located on either
outboard throttle handle. With go–around mode selected, the existing
flight director mode is cancelled, the autopilot is disengaged, and
is displayed on the PFD. A wings level command appears on the PFD
with a 10_ climb angle, as shown in Figure 6–41.

The go–around mode is cancelled by any one of the following:
D
Selecting another pitch mode
D
Pushing the TCS button
D
Engaging the autopilot.
