Weather Warnings – Directly below the weather mode annunciator
line is a shared target alert (TGT) and variable gain (VAR) status
line. The target alert annunciator warns of level 3 targets.
displayed in place of TGT to show that the radar is operating in the
variable gain mode. The warning annunciators are described in
Table 3–20.

NOTE: The target alert annunciator has priority over the variable gain
annunciator.

Antenna Tilt – The antenna tilt angle is displayed below the target
mode line. The display range for tilt angle is –15_ to +15_, in 0.5_
increments between –5_ and +5_and in 1.0_ increments for tilt
angles greater than ±5_. Tilt values are preceded by a blank for
positive values and a minus sign ( – ) for negative values.
