Check if the modules are sleeping
The On/Sleep LED of the Grove Development Board indicates if the XBee module is awake (LED on) or
asleep (LED off). When an XBee module is sleeping, XCTU cannot discover it, so press the
Commissioning button to wake it up for 30 seconds.

Check the loopback jumper
The loopback jumper should not be connected when XCTU is trying to find the module. Make sure the
loopback jumper is not connected to the loop-back pins.
