Complete the following checklist if you are planning to use Auto Service Request with the
server.
Auto Service Request Considerations
Do you have an Oracle Online Account to register Auto Service Request?
Do you have your My Oracle Support Customer Support Identifier (CSI) number?
Do you have the host name and IP address for the server that will have Auto Service
Request Manager?
Will the system need a proxy server? If so, what is the host name and IP address for the
proxy server?
Do you have the Technical Contact information for Auto Service Request? This
information should include the first name, last name, and e-mail address of the contact.

center in which the server will be installed.

Is a mechanical lift available?
Is the route free of raised tiles or other obstructions?
Is there security or access control for the data center?
Are there any security background checks or security clearances required for vendor
personnel to access the data center? If yes, then do you have a recommended agency?
