Cause
Fan fault
The fan monitoring
cable is faulty.
Critical
The ready switch is
OFF.
Critical
A load short circuit
occurs.
A short circuit
occurs inside the
module. This fault
seldom occurs.
The output is
incorrectly
grounded.
Minor
The I2C bus is
abnormal.
The E2PROM is
faulty.
Minor
The bypass waveform
is abnormal.
Critical
The load is
excessive.
Derating reduces
the rated system
power.
The module is
damaged.

module.
1. Replace the fan.
2. Check the fan monitoring cable.
Turn on the ready switch.
1. Check load cable connections.
2. Check whether the output is
grounded.
3. If the load cable connections are
normal and the output is
correctly grounded, replace the
power unit or module.
1. Manually rectify the fault and
check whether the alarm is
cleared.
2. If the alarm is generated again,
replace the power module.
If not all modules generate the
alarm, start the UPS and transfer
it to mains inverter mode and
replace the faulty module.
If all modules generate the alarm,
open the bypass input circuit
breaker. After the inverter relay
is closed, close the bypass input
circuit breaker 10s later.
1. Check that there is no overload.
2. Check that the module power is
not derated due to a fan fault.
3. Check whether the power grid
has a large asymmetric load.
4. Check whether the output is
grounded.
5. If the alarm persists, replace the
power module.
1. Check the load.
2. If the load is normal, replace the
power module.
