The lead heat exchanger is the heat exchanger which had the lowest average output capacity
over the past three days.

Smooth start-up

The smooth start-up function prevents the lead heat exchanger from overheating in problematic
systems by reducing the lead heat exchanger to 50 % (control output) before activating the lag
heat exchanger.
