Commissioning

General
Protection against incorrect use of the wall-mounted device
Only use the device within the voltage limits specified on the nameplate.
Sample gases
Only introduce sample gases with a composition below the lower explosive limit (LEL) into
gas fume-proof devices (degree of protection: Ex nR). Do not introduce any combustible to
occasionally ignitable gas compositions.
Note
Ambient temperature
Make sure that the correct ambient temperature is maintained during operation.
Pressure correction
The analyzer modules have an internal pressure sensor for correcting the effect of pressure
on the measured value.
In the case of OXYMAT 7, the pressure sensor is connected with the sample gas path and
therefore always measures the current sample gas pressure.
