1. Isolate the device from power.
2. Open the door. To do this, unscrew the six screws.
3. Remove the cover plate
4. Remove the connector from the power supply cable
5. Remove the electronics base plate
6. Remove the printed circuit board holder
7. Loosen the two screws
8. Install the new processing unit in the reverse order.
9. Connect all cables and fit the cover plate
10. Tightening the Torx screws:

– Tighten the Torx screws on the PU. Tightening torque: 1.3 Nm.
– Tighten the Torx screws on the cover plate and on the electronics base plate.
Tightening torque: 2.0 Nm.
– Tighten the six Torx screws on the door. Tightening torque: 2.0 Nm.
