Guarantee and liability claims relating to per-
sonal injury and material damage are excluded
when they are attributable to one or more of the
following causes:
● Non-compliant use.
● Improper fitting, commissioning, use or mainte-
nance of the equipment.
● Equipment used with defective safety devices,
or safety and protection devices improperly in-
stalled or non-operational.
● Non-compliance with the instructions specified
in the instruction manual relating to commis-
sioning, operation and maintenance.
● Structural modifications of the equipment.
● The equipment used despite a fault being dis-
played or the appearance of a fault.
● Non-compliant repairs, use of non-original
spare parts.
