Diagnosis
● Check the connection from the sensor to the correspond-
ing board.
● check the power supply to the board (18 VAC for A2,
11.5VAC for A4)
● Check that another component connected to the board is
not affecting the measurement from the sensor. Proceed by
a process of elimination by unplugging one after the other,
including the actuator potentiometers.
● Turn off the unit in order to let it depressurise
● Before unlocking make sure that the pan is pressure-free
● Check the cleanliness of the pressure-
measuring circuit.
● Clean the circuit.
● check the functioning of the pressure sensor P1 / P2 and
the pressure switches F7/F11, F12/F13
● If all this is checked and ok, then recalibrate the unit. These
are the essential conditions: Enough water in the pan, insert
the core probe, the pan must be lined (no lining panel miss-
ing)
