Calibration: Definition
This is the calibration of the thermocouples relative to the boiling temperature.
When to calibrate?
Here are the situations where you must calibrate:
Exchange of:
●The main board A2 (42.00.080V)
●The SD card (42.00.128)
●The I/O board A4 (42.00.159F)
●One or more thermocouples
●A core probe
●One or more heaters, whichever ones they are

Serial number (starting from)

Always:
●After an allocation operation
●If the cook complains of irregularity in cooking
●It is also strongly advised to calibrate the unit
during preventive maintenance, 1 x per year.
