Allocation: Definition
The temperature on the bottom of the pan is regulated via a 'network' of thermocouples.
Model 112 / 112T,
Model 112L
Each of these must be assigned to a heating zone. This assignment is called the allocation.
Allocation is an automatic process available in service mode, which takes about 5 minutes
(e.g. model 112). Each heating zone is powered for a predefined time, after which the software looks
for the thermocouple that reacted to the change in temperature. The thermocouple it finds is then
associated with the heating zone.
When should an allocation be carried out?
This operation is not necessary after each intervention. Here are the situations where it must be
carried out:
Exchange of
● The main board A2 (42.00.080V)
● The I/O board A4 (42.00.159F)
● More than one thermocouple
● The SD card (42.00.128)
● More than one heater
● More than one SSR
