6.2.6 Diagnostics
The device status and the status of the switch outputs is shown in the Diagnose window.
Open the Diagnose window.
Open the Diagnose window by accessing Device data > Diagnose.
If necessary, reset the status of the switch outputs with Reset.
Close the Diagnose window using the button .
If a diagnosis is available, it will be marked in red. The Diagnose window contains the following
information:
Explanation:

Lead Breakage: page 33

Short Circuit: page 33
•
Device Error: Please contact Pepperl+Fuchs.

Simulation: see section 6.2.5
•
Status Switching Outputs: Indicates whether the alarm freeze is holding the switch output in the
current state. This status can be reset.
