Applying Directory Functions
You see this Export Directory form:

4 Type a name for the export file and press
<Enter>.
A message notifies you when your directory
file is successfully copied to the ASCII
file. The message below tells that the
directory file was copied into the export
file named ex1:
exl successfully written

Printing a Directory
A printed copy of your directory file is useful as a
backup or as a portable list that you can take to
another area of your workplace.
To print your directory:
1 Display the Call screen or Directory.
