Enable or disable the PCI express root port.
Hot Plug
Enable or disable the hot plug function of the PCI Express root port. This field is only for Port 1
and 3, and is only displayed when the port is enabled.
PCIe Speed
Select the speed of the PCI Express root port: Auto, Gen1 or Gen2. This field is only for Port 1
and 3, and is only displayed when the port is enabled.
