Super I/O are additional monitoring and controlling functions over certain I/O ports.
COM Port 1-2 and LPT Port
Enable or disable user-defined parameters.
Type
Choose among RS232, RS422 and RS485 (Peer-to-Peer) for the serial mode. This field can only
be configured for ports that support multiple serial modes.
WDT
Enable or disable the watchdog function. When enabled, a time-out counter field ranging from
1 to 255 seconds will be displayed. Press Enter and input valid numerals, and press Enter again
to select from [Yes] to save or [No] to abort.
Case Open
Enable or disable the case open detection function.
Note:
RS422 and RS485 serial modes are by default inactivated. Please inquire the de-
tails from DFI sales representatives.
