Remote bus floating
The field bus node has been prepared for floating operation
on the remote bus. Check with the standards and guidelines
valid for your application to ascertain whether it is suitable
for floating operation.

There is 9−pin sub−D plug (incoming remote bus), as well as a
9−pin sub−D socket (continuing remote bus) on the field bus
node for connecting the CPX terminal to the field bus.
These connections serve for the incoming and continuing
field bus cable.
