FUEL HOSE INSPECTION

REMOUNTING

Remount the fuel tank and fuel valve in the reverse order of
removal. Pay attention to the following points:
• Install the new fuel valve gasket 1 .
The removed gasket must be replaced with a new one
to prevent fuel leakage.
• Tighten the fuel valve bolts to the specified torque.
Fuel valve bolt: 4.5 N·m (0.45 kgf-m, 3.5 lb-ft)
• Install the fuel tank and tighten its bolts securely.
• Install the fuel hose and fuel tank breather hose. (
• Reinstall the seat and fuel tank cover. (
