If the double feed detect sensor is covered with paper dust, the error icon may appear and the collating operation may
stop even though the collating has been performed properly.
Frequency: Clean if you notice a problem.

Cleaning the Double Feed Detect Sensor
WARNING
Turn off the main power switch and unplug
the power cord whenever the double feed
detect sensor is cleaned or replaced.
Turn off the power switch
• Turn off the main power switch on the QC-S30 and
unplug the power cord.
Clean the double feed detect sensor.
• Clean the double feed detect sensor using the
accessory brush.
