Trouble: Operating Problems
Problem with Collator: If collating stops while the machine is running.
Check
Check whether the
number of collated sets
has been set.
(When using two or
more collators)
[E-1] is indicated on the
display and collating
cannot be started.
If sheets jam in the transport section:
Check
The sheets jam inside
the middle conveyor.
The sheets jam inside
the upper conveyor.
Causes and Remedies
Check the setting for the number of collated
sets. To do continuous collating, enter 0.

Power switches on each collator are not
turned on correctly. Turn on the power
switch from the left collator in order.

Causes and Remedies
Hold the lever and open up the conveyor
using both hands, then remove the jammed
sheets.

then remove the jammed sheets.

Hold the conveyor tightly so that your
hands and fingers will not be pinched by
the conveyor.
